Buying a home just isn’t something most people do everyday. While it’s the biggest purchase most of us will ever make, few people take the time to understand the process, opting to rely on assumptions or the advice of colleagues and friends. Understanding the process can help take away some of the confusion, anxiety and maybe some of the fear.

Finding a home is generally the easiest and most enjoyable part of the process, but it’s only the beginning. A lot of things need to happen before moving day. As your Realtor®, it’s my job to guide you through the various inspections, deadlines and approvals and over or around any bumps we might encounter along the way.

I’ve included some general information to get you started. If you have any additional questions, I invite you to visit the Real Estate 101 section or contact me by e-mail or phone.
